About
Research interests include knowledge, technology and innovation management, international business and global strategic management. From a teaching perspective, growing interests include neurobiology and its application to pedagogy and learning.
Extensive experience working with Hofstede's dimensions of culture, Nonaka and Takeuchi’s SECI Model of Knowledge Conversion and knowledge management and cultural assessment within organisations.
Developed a Culturally Grounded-Knowledge Management Model (CG-KM Model) and an Knowledge Management-Epistemological Synthesis Model (KM-ES Model).
Interested in collaborating with other researchers on joint research and publications as either first or second author.
